Samantha is a solicitor in our Family Law Department, working alongside Partner Tom Reeve at our Sydney office.

Samantha was admitted to practice in early 2022, having completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Politics/Philosophy) from the University of Wollongong, and subsequently attaining her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.

Samantha has worked exclusively in family law since 2019. Prior to joining Marsdens Law Group, Samantha was employed as a family lawyer at a leading family law practice. Before that, prior to her admission, she was a law clerk in a boutique law firm.

Samantha understands that every matter is different and strives to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients using a pragmatic, detail-oriented, and empathetic approach. She is meticulous in her work and has experience with a broad range of issues within the family law sphere, including:

• Complex property settlements, including those involving high net worth clients and corporate structures;
• Parenting matters involving relocation orders and recovery orders; and,
• Parenting matters involving allegations of serious risk of harm.

Samantha has also volunteered for pro bono human rights matters.

Outside of work, you will find Samantha playing tennis, running, or at the beach.
