Sandy is a Solicitor practicing exclusively in our Family Law Department, working alongside Partner, Tom Reeve at our Sydney office.
Prior to joining Marsdens Law Group, Sandy acquired a wide range of knowledge and indispensable exposure in Family Law, by working at the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia (“FCFCOA”) for a number of years. Working in various roles at the FCFCOA, including in Appeals and as an Associate, Sandy gained invaluable insights of Court processes as well as judicial discretion and decision making.
In addition to a Diploma in Business-Legal Services from the Australian Careers Business College, Sandy holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts majoring in Psychology from Western Sydney University. After graduating, Sandy attained her Graduate Diploma of legal Practice from the College of Law. She is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and is on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia. Furthering her professional development, Sandy has also completed a Master of Laws (Applied Law) majoring in Family Dispute Resolution Practice and Family Law.
Outside of the office, Sandy enjoys sweet/fruity cocktails, travelling, discovering new cafes/restaurants, engaging in experimental cooking and spending time with her family, friends and her prince Bleu (American Staffy)
