Joshua is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Department & Litigation Department, working with Partners Aaran Johnson and Bharath Balasubramanian. He joined Marsdens in November 2019 as a Law Clerk, and has experience in dealing with disputes including debt recovery, building and construction, corporation law, contracts, bankruptcy and insolvency.
Joshua completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom – Finance) at the University of Wollongong in 2021, and has a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law. He was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in May 2022.
Outside work, Joshua enjoys socialising with friends and has a keen interest in Sport.
