Courtney is a solicitor in Campbelltown’s Estate Planning Department and works alongside Partner Krystle Wolthers across all areas of Estate Planning, Deceased and Contested Estates.

Courtney joined Marsdens in 2017 as a clerk, while completing a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)/ Bachelor of Law degree at the University of Wollongong, graduating with distinction. During her studies, Courtney also spent time volunteering with Macarthur Legal Centre.

Courtney practices exclusively in Estate Planning and believes that Estate Planning is about more than preparing a Will. Personal relationships, the nature of different assets, business structures and family circumstances, particularly in blended families, are key considerations when preparing your Will. Once you pass away, the advice you receive may make all the difference in protecting your Estate and having your wishes properly carried out.

Outside of work, Courtney spends her weekends in the South Coast town of Lake Conjola with her family.
