Jade is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Department, working alongside partners Aaran Johnson and Bharath Balasubramanian.
Jade completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Wollongong, and subsequently completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice with the College of Law. She is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and is on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia. Jade has experience across a broad range of matters including contracts, property, debt and corporations law.
As a practitioner, Jade enjoys assisting her clients to settle their matters outside of Court and enjoys the flexibility with which clients are empowered through alternative dispute resolution to develop bespoke solutions that suit them moving forward. Jade has completed training as a Collaborative Practitioner and is completing a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution with the College of Law.
Where matters are unable to be resolved outside of Court, Jade has experience advocating for clients in the Children’s Court, Supreme Court and Federal Courts.
Jade has grown up in the Macarthur Region, attending both St Peters Anglican Primary School and Broughton Anglican College. Jade also regularly attends various local Chamber of Commerce meetings.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys coffee, baking and spending time with her family.
