Since joining Marsdens in 2018, Sebastian has gained a broad range of experience across all areas of injury compensation law, including Public Liability, Medical Negligence, Workers Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Historical Sexual Abuse, Intentional Torts, and Comcare claims. Sebastian is also an IRO Approved Lawyer, allowing his clients to access free legal advice and representation in relation to the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme.
Sebastian prides himself on his strong written and oral communication skills, which assist him in advocating on his clients’ behalf, and also ensuring that his clients are kept well informed of the progress of their claim. Sebastian understands that injury compensation law can be particularly complex and difficult for clients and their families. Due to this, he is highly skilled in interacting with clients in a compassionate, patient and understanding manner, ensuring that his clients understand the various processes and steps involved in claiming compensation.
Sebastian grew up locally in the Liverpool and Macarthur regions. He is also an Old Boy of St Gregory’s College, Campbelltown, where he was an avid debater and public speaker. He continues this passion as a Senior Adjudicator for the Catholic Schools Debating Association and Marist Schools Australia. He is also a regular donor at the Lifeblood Liverpool Donor Centre, where he first donated blood at the age of sixteen.
Outside of the office, Sebastian enjoys travelling, and spending time with his fiancée and very large Italian family.
