Sebastian is a Solicitor in our Injury Compensation Law Department, working under Partner Joe Bonura.

Since joining Marsdens in 2018 as a Law Clerk, Sebastian has gained a broad range of experience across all areas of injury compensation law, including Workers Compensation, Occupiers and Public Liability, Medical Negligence, Motor Vehicle Accidents and Common Law claims. Sebastian also runs Victims Compensation Claims for those who have been victims of acts of violence in NSW.

Sebastian prides himself on his strong written and oral communication skills, which assist him in advocating on his clients’ behalf, and also ensuring that his clients are kept well informed of the progress of their claim. Sebastian understands that injury compensation law can be particularly complex and difficult for clients and their families. Due to this, he is highly skilled in interacting with clients in a compassionate, patient and understanding manner, ensuring that his clients understand the various process and steps involved in claiming compensation.

Sebastian completed a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International Students with Distinction, double majoring in International Relations and Italian, at the University of Wollongong. He then attained a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law, before being admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020.  Sebastian also studied overseas at the University of Bologna, Italy. As such, he is confident communicating with clients in Italian and from different cultures.

Sebastian lives locally in the Macarthur region and is an Old Boy of St Gregory’s College, Campbelltown, where he was an avid debater and public speaker. He continues this passion as a Senior Adjudicator for the Catholic Schools Debating Association and Marist Schools Australia.

Outside of the office, Sebastian enjoys spending time with his partner and very large Italian family.
