COTA 2019 Wills Day

06 SEP 2019

David Hogan, Associate in our Wills & Estate Planning Department, attended COTA NSW City office last Thursday for their 2019 Wills Day to meet with clients to review and sign Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Appointment of Enduring Guardian documents.

This was part of the COTA Legal Pathways for Older People project that we assist with throughout the year. This involves connecting elderly people with a solicitor to draw up documents for a reduced rate. Throughout the year, between the Marsdens offices, we assist a large number of people through this program to ensure their estate planning documents reflect their wishes.
