Kiara is a Senior Associate at Marsdens Law Group’s Liverpool office, working alongside Partner Domenico Mosca. Her practice is focused on Wills and Estate Planning, Probate and Deceased Estate Administration, and related Property transactions.
With more than a decade of experience at Marsdens, Kiara combines extensive legal experience with a compassionate and understanding approach, particularly when assisting families during what can be one of the most difficult periods of their lives.

A Longstanding Career at Marsdens
Kiara has been part of the Marsdens Law Group family since October 2011, when she joined the firm as a Law Clerk while completing her legal studies.
She completed her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney and her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law.
Kiara was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2014 and was entered on the Register of Practitioners in the High Court of Australia in April 2014.
Her longstanding career with Marsdens has allowed Kiara to develop deep knowledge of her practice areas while building strong and lasting relationships with clients and the local community.
Professional and Community Involvement
Kiara is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the New South Wales Young Lawyers Association and the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce, maintaining strong connections with both the legal and local business communities.
She is also actively involved in community initiatives that provide access to legal assistance for those who may otherwise struggle to obtain it.
Kiara participates in Salvation Army Community Wills Days and the Cancer Council Pro Bono Program, assisting clients in need of estate planning advice.
