She understands that an injury or illness can have consequences that extend far beyond the immediate physical impact. For many clients, it can affect their ability to work, support their family and maintain the life they once knew.

Tess approaches every matter with a clear understanding of what is at stake for her clients. Whether negotiating a settlement, preparing detailed submissions or representing a client before a Tribunal or Court, she combines thorough preparation, strong advocacy and a determined approach to achieving the best possible outcome.

Her extensive experience has also given Tess a strong understanding of both the legal and practical issues that can arise throughout a compensation claim. She works to identify the challenges early, explain the process clearly and guide her clients through each stage with confidence and clarity.
