With more than 20 years’ experience at Marsdens Law Group, Justin brings extensive commercial experience, practical business insight and a broad understanding of property and local government matters to his clients.
Justin is the Partner in charge of Marsdens’ Commercial Law Department and is an Accredited Specialist in Business Law. He advises businesses of all sizes, from large corporations and established enterprises through to smaller and growing businesses, as well as local councils, not-for-profit organisations and charities.
His broad commercial experience allows Justin to understand not only the legal issues involved in a transaction, but also the commercial objectives and practical considerations that drive his clients’ decisions.

Leadership and Experience
Justin has been an integral part of Marsdens Law Group for more than two decades.
He began his career with Marsdens at the firm’s Camden office under the direction of the late Ken Searle. Justin was admitted as a solicitor in 2006 and was promoted to Partner in 2010.
Today, as Partner in charge of the Commercial Law Department, Justin leads a team with extensive experience across commercial law and business transactions.
His leadership is underpinned by a detailed understanding of the needs of modern businesses and the importance of providing timely, commercially focused legal advice.
