Radith is an Associate in Marsdens Law Group’s Commercial Law Department at our Campbelltown office, working alongside Partners Justin Thornton and Rahul Lachman.
Radith brings significant experience in commercial litigation, insolvency, restructuring and enforcement, having previously practised with a leading commercial litigation and insolvency firm. He has advised multinational funds, corporations and insolvency practitioners on complex and high-value matters, developing a reputation for clear, strategic and commercially astute legal advice.
Commercial Litigation and Insolvency Expertise
Radith has extensive experience navigating complex commercial disputes and insolvency matters, including cross-border insolvency, restructuring, enforcement and recovery actions.
His experience includes acting in matters involving recovery actions exceeding AUD $10 million, urgent interlocutory relief and complex multi-jurisdictional restructurings. He has appeared before the Federal Court, Supreme Courts and various tribunals, giving him valuable experience in high-pressure and contentious environments.
In the insolvency space, Radith has represented both creditors and debtors in complex restructuring and insolvency matters involving multiple jurisdictions.
One of his notable matters involved acting for a German investment fund in the cross-border restructuring of an Australian mining operator, a transaction which was shortlisted for Restructuring Deal of the Year at the 2023 Australasian Law Awards.

Education and Professional Qualifications
Radith holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong and is admitted to practise in all Australian state and federal courts.
He is also a member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
