Matthew Mangiapane

Matthew Mangiapane | Associate

Matthew is an Associate in Marsdens Law Group’s Family Law Department at our Campbelltown office, working alongside Partner Nevine Youssef.

 

He advises on family law matters including divorce, property settlements, parenting disputes involving family violence, de facto matters, and spousal maintenance. He appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia including at Sydney, Parramatta, Newcastle and Brisbane.

 

Matthew joined Marsdens in 2022, bringing practical legal experience gained during his Practical Legal Training across Family Law, Property Law, Wills and Estates and Commercial Law. This broader experience provides him with a well-rounded foundation when assisting clients with their Family Law matters.

Matthew graduated from Western Sydney University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Communication, majoring in Media Arts and Production.

 

In the same year, he completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law and was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in November 2022.

 

Matthew is also on the Register of Practitioners of the High Court of Australia.

 

Matthew takes a practical approach to Family Law, helping clients navigate what can often be complex and deeply personal circumstances. His combination of legal and communication qualifications provides a strong foundation for his client-focused approach, particularly when explaining complex legal issues clearly and effectively. He focuses on listening to his clients, understanding each client’s circumstances, and providing clear, considered advice to help them understand their options and move forward with confidence.
