Family Law Experience

Joshua is focused on helping clients navigate the legal and practical issues that can arise during Family Law matters.

His previous experience across Family Law and other areas of legal practice has given him an appreciation of the different considerations that can intersect with family disputes. Joshua takes a practical approach to understanding each client’s circumstances and helping them work through their available options.

He understands that Family Law matters can be highly personal and often involve significant decisions about a client’s future and their family. His focus is on providing clear and considered legal support throughout the process.

Education and Professional Experience

Joshua graduated from Western Sydney University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Management.

He subsequently completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2022 and was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in March 2023.

A Strong Western Sydney Connection

Joshua is a lifelong local of Western Sydney, having grown up in the Campbelltown and Liverpool regions.

His strong connection to the local community gives him a genuine understanding of the people and families he assists throughout Western Sydney.

Joshua is also a long-time supporter of the Wests Tigers, proudly following the club alongside his strong connection to the region.

Practical Support for Families

For clients navigating a Family Law matter, Joshua brings a broad legal background, strong local knowledge and a practical approach to helping clients understand their position.

His approach is focused on listening to the client, understanding their circumstances, explaining their options clearly and providing considered legal support as they work towards the next stage of their lives.

Outside of law, Joshua enjoys socialising with friends, watching sport and reading a good novel. He has a particular interest in the NRL, NBA and Formula 1.

I received legal advice from Joshua regarding a legal matter. Joshua's knowledge and communication skills were great and he assisted me greatly in understanding my matter.
