Roger is an Associate in Marsdens Law Group's Family Law Department, practising exclusively in Family Law. He assists clients throughout Sydney with a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, parenting disputes, property settlements, spousal maintenance and domestic violence matters.
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Roger regularly assists clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds, providing clear advice and support in the language they are most comfortable using.
Roger was admitted as a lawyer in Hong Kong in 2017 and Victoria in 2018 before commencing his Australian legal career in 2019. Roger joined Marsdens in 2023 and has developed significant experience in complex Family Law matters, including matters involving substantial asset pools, contested hearings and appeals.
Before joining Marsdens, Roger practised across a range of legal areas, with particular experience in conveyancing, wills and probate. This diverse legal background provides him with a broader perspective when advising clients on complex Family Law matters, particularly where property, estate planning or business interests intersect with family law issues.
Roger holds a Juris Doctor and a Master of Intellectual Property Law, together with Graduate Diplomas in Migration Law and Family Law.
