Official ‘Terry Gordon’ Function Room Opening

We were delighted to be part of a truly special occasion recently—the official opening of the newly renovated function room at Camden Sports Club.

The space was formally opened by Sally Quinell MP and Camden’s Mayor, Therese Fedeli, marking an exciting new chapter for the club and the wider community.

A highlight of the event was a heartfelt surprise unveiling: the function room was dedicated to Board Chairman Charles “Terry” Gordon, in recognition of his outstanding dedication and contribution to the club over the years. It was a fitting tribute to someone who has played such an important role in shaping Camden Sports Club into what it is today.

We were especially proud to have our Camden Office Partner, Anthony Gordon, in attendance for this meaningful moment, as Terry is his uncle. Sharing in such a personal and significant recognition made the occasion even more memorable. Laura Blackstone also attended, joining in the celebrations and supporting this wonderful community initiative.

This project would not have been possible without the support of Camden Council and the many individuals who contributed along the way. The new function room stands as a testament to what can be achieved through collaboration, commitment, and community pride.

We look forward to seeing the space come to life—hosting events, creating memories, and bringing people together for years to come.
