Lawyers Mediation Accreditation Scheme

The Law Society of NSW has officially launched its Lawyers Mediation Accreditation Scheme (LMA Scheme), setting a new standard in mediation accreditation. This scheme replaces the former NMAS and AMDRAS frameworks, offering an updated approach to ensure excellence in mediation practices across NSW.⁣

We’re proud to share that our very own Partner and President of the Law Society of NSW, Brett McGrath, has been accredited under this new scheme. Brett also holds the special honour of being the very first member to register – what an achievement! ⁣
