Australasian Lawyer: Jim Marsden
Jim's recent admission as a Life Membership of the NSW Law Society has made it to the Australasian Lawyer publication.
Jim received some kind words from Ronan MacSweeney, the NSW law society’s president.
Taken from the article: 'Calling Marsden an “exemplar of service in the solicitor profession,” MacSweeney highlighted his contributions to the legal profession and the Macarthur community. MacSweeney shared that Marsden helped modernise conveyancing law, including through the law society’s Conveyancing Task Force, as well as developed a reputation for his own property law practice.
“Mr Marsden’s achievements have been astonishing, from advising on greenfield developments in Sydney’s south-west to guiding the partnership between the Balmain and Western Suburbs Rugby League clubs that resulted in the establishment of the Wests Tigers, and everything in between,” MacSweeney said.'
Congratulations to Jim Marsden OAM once again on this momentous achievement.
