Rahul is a Partner within our Commercial Department who works along side Partner in Charge Justin Thornton.
Rahul practises in all areas of Commercial Law and provides advice to both local and foreign companies of all sizes, local Councils, not for profit organisations and other commercial enterprises on a broad range of corporate matters, both transactional and in an advisory capacity, including but not limited to business contracts, commercial arrangements, restructures and asset protection, commercial securities and financing, competition and consumer law, corporations law, franchising, insolvency and intellectual property.
Rahul is currently on the Board of the Macarthur Football Association and a member of Macarthur Boardroom which provides a forum for local business owners to consult and assist each other in connection with their businesses. Rahul is also a former Board member of the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce and the Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce.
Rahul is an Accredited Specialist in Business Law. Along with Justin Thornton, Marsdens has the only two Accredited Specialists in Business Law in the Macarthur Region.
Rahul’s approach with all of his matters is a focus on providing clear, practical advice and commercial solutions.
In his spare time, Rahul enjoys football, motor racing and spending time with his family.
