Roland is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution & Litigation Department, working closely with Partners Aaran Johnson and Bharath Balasubramanian.
Since joining Marsdens in 2016, Roland has advocated for clients in a variety of litigious matters appearing in Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts, and various Tribunals. Roland works to provide commercial and strategic advice in order to guide clients through difficult disputes and complex litigation. He strives to deliver unique perspectives to assist in the realisation of client outcomes and craft strategies to maximise return while minimising risk.
Roland is a long standing Macarthur local and has a strong family history connected to Campbelltown and Camden. Beyond his role at Marsdens, Roland is the Vice President and Director of Governance of The Greater Narellan Business Chamber, and is a member of various clubs and community groups.
In his down time, Roland has a keen interest in motorsport, fitness and travel. Roland is supported by his wife and kept busy with his two young and adventurous children.
