“Thank you Tess, Monique and your team for all your guidance and support. You helped me understand a process I had never experienced before. Your professionalism mixed with empathy for myself, made the process less traumatic.  I appreciate your efficiency to have things in place, so we could proceed as soon as needed. Everything went smoothly and finalised quickly. I was very pleased with the outcome and grateful to be able to focus on my recuperation. I could not speak more highly of your team and would recommend Marsden." - Margaret

"I am extremely happy to recommend Tess from Marsdens Law Group who managed an infant settlement case for me. From day one she was so easy to talk to, knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. She constantly updated me along the way in person and explained everything so I felt I understood the process. She was delightful to deal with. I was disappointed I didn’t get to meet Tess due to COVID but felt very comfortable with her manner over the phone. I was very satisfied with the service I was provided and would recommend Tess and Marsdens to anyone."
