Natasha is a Solicitor practicing in the Commercial Law Department in our Campbelltown office and works alongside Partners Justin Thornton and Rahul Lachman in all areas of Commercial Law.

Natasha has been involved in construction and major projects for over two years working for clients including, principals (including government and non-government clients), contractors, sub-contractors, individuals, homeowners, residential and commercial builders and developers with a strong focus on providing recommendations regarding statutory and organisational compliance.

Starting as an investigator at the Australian Building and Construction Commission her main area of focus at the time was Industrial Relations and Security of Payments. With a strong knowledge base in building and construction law, it’s the experience gained from and the privilege of working for her clients on various types of matters which allows Natasha to provide practical advice in these areas and allows Natasha to have a tailored approach to each construction matter she handles.

Since starting at Marsdens, Natasha has also worked on various compulsory acquisition matters, providing high level advice on statutory rights under the compulsory acquisition legislation and acting in negotiations. Her clients include various local government departments throughout New South Wales.

Upon graduating from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Laws, Natasha commenced her career with Marsdens in 2018. Natasha also holds a Degree in Communications from Western Sydney University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law and is a member of the NSW Law Society.

Natasha is involved with the Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling.
