Kiara is a Senior Associate at our Liverpool office working alongside Partner, Domenico Mosca. Her focused areas of practice are in all aspects of Wills and Estate Planning, Probate and Deceased Estate Administration and related Property transactions.
Kiara has been with the Marsdens Law Group family since October 2011 where she began as a Law Clerk whilst completing her Bachelor of Laws at the University of Western Sydney, and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in February 2014 and was entered on the Register of Practitioners in the High Court of Australia in April 2014.
Kiara appreciates the emotional difficulties a family faces when dealing with the loss of a loved one. Kiara’s clients admire her compassionate and understanding nature, high level of attention to detail, professionalism and overall commitment to her role.
Kiara is a member of the Law Society of New South Wales, the New South Wales Young Lawyers Association and the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce. Kiara is also actively involved in Salvation Army Community Wills days, the Council of the Ageing Legal Pathways Program and Cancer Council Pro Bono Program assisting less fortunate clients in need of estate planning advice.
