Josef is a Senior Associate practicing in the Commercial Law Department at our Campbelltown office across all areas of Commercial Law.
Josef assists his clients in both a transactional and advisory capacity to reach viable, clear and practical legal and commercial solutions, including in respect to commercial contracts and arrangements, asset protection and legal structures, commercial securities and financing, competition and consumer law, corporations law, privacy law, franchising law, regulatory compliance and intellectual property law.
Josef commenced his career at Marsdens upon graduating from the University of Wollongong in 2017 with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Financial Planning). Josef also holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law and is a member of the NSW Law Society.
Outside of the office, Josef is an active member of the local Macarthur community in which he grew up. Josef is currently a Director of Macarthur Disability Services, which offers a range of services and support programs to people of all ages with a disability, their families, carers, the elderly and people with a mental illness.
Prior to his time at Macarthur Disability Services, Josef was a member of Business Networking International for three years and a Board Member and Secretary of Physical Disability Rugby League Australia for two and a half years.
On a personal level, Josef loves listening to and playing music, attending live gigs, playing and watching sport and spending time with his big Italian and Indian family.
