Caitlin is a solicitor in our Property Department commencing her time with us as a Graduate in 2020. During her time at Marsdens, Caitlin has worked exclusively in our Property team and has experience in a range of Property related matters, with a particular focus on domestic conveyancing, retail and commercial leasing. Caitlin is a highly organised person with an acute attention to detail. She strives to provide the absolute highest level of customer service, professionalism and care with all of her clients.

Caitlin completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Wollongong graduating in late 2020. She then went on to complete her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law before being admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in April 2021.

Growing up in the Macarthur area, Caitlin has a strong sense of community and is eager to assist and serve her local community. Caitlin was the first graduating class of St Benedict’s Catholic College in Oran Park, which is one of the Macarthur regions fastest growing towns.

With a family of Veterans and her younger brother being a serving member of the Royal Australian Navy, Caitlin has a strong affiliation with Veteran support and welfare. Caitlin has been involved with RSL New South Wales since a young age becoming the youngest sub-branch member in New South Wales at the age of 16. Her involvement with RSL New South Wales ranges from assisting with event presentations and preparation, reading speeches at events and fundraising for Anzac Day, Remembrance Day and Vietnam Veterans Day, which just so happens to be her birthday.

When Caitlin is not at work, you will find her trying new restaurants and cafes (that she undoubtedly found on Instagram), hitting up the shops or spending quality time with her friends, family and her two pugs ‘Buddy’ and ‘Peppa’.

 Testimonial:

"We are truly grateful for the support you personally and Marsdens staff have provided Guntawang. I am fully aware that the preparation and negotiations of a complex lease and licence arrangement was far from standard made far more difficult by a government department tenant and licensee who was uncooperative. We probably also challenged you with what would seem on the surface unusual requests. Your calm and professional support lead us through these difficulties and after 30 years of sub standard agreements we now have robust but fair contracts in place that will serve us well into the future. It has certainly been a satisfying experience working with you and the Marsden team and we anticipate continuing to use your firm into the future." - Jim McNamara, Guntawang Catholic Youth Centres Inc
