Bharath is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team and specialises in litigation and dispute resolution, with particular experience of disputes involving Corporations, Contracts, Building and Construction, Bankruptcy and Insolvency and Wills and Estates. Bharath is also an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation.
Bharath has acted for a range of clients, including international companies and multi million dollar disputes. He regularly appears in the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts as well as a range of tribunals.
Bharath holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and his Masters of Law.
Outside of work Bharath plays cricket and has a keen interest in National Rugby League.
