Last week senior members of our Property Department attended a PEXA“Train the Trainer” seminar. PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) is the new electronic conveyancing platform linked to the NSW Land Registry Services system. It was an insightful two days of training.
We are now taking that knowledge back to our staff to ensure that we continue to keep up to date with the latest PEXA developments. In the last year, Marsdens has been one of the biggest users of the PEXA platform with our office being one of the top 3 users in the State and in the top 5 Australia wide. With electronic conveyancing becoming mandatory in 2019, we are proud that our staff are well equipped with the knowledge to confidently transition into electronic conveyancing.
