Marsdens Golf Day!

Sometimes the best way to build a strong team isn’t in the boardroom — it’s on the fairway (with questionable putting skills and a healthy dose of friendly competition).

Our Marsdens crew traded court shoes for golf spikes at our annual Staff Golf Day, and let’s just say the results were par-ticularly entertaining. The sun was shining, spirits were high, and our swings… well, let’s call them “enthusiastic.”

From accidental bunker dives to miracle birdies, the day was full of laughter, teamwork, and a few surprise talents. It turns out some of our colleagues have been secretly perfecting their drives — while others might be better suited to cheering from the sidelines.

But beyond the scorecards, it was all about connection. Days like this remind us how much we value our people — the banter, the encouragement, the shared joy of doing something just for fun. Because when you take time to celebrate your team, everyone wins (even if your golf ball didn’t).
