Last Friday, our Local Government, Planning & Environmental Law department delivered a virtual Seminar to a number of staff at Burwood City Council who are involved in instructing and giving evidence on Land & Environment Court Proceedings.

In addition to speaking to staff about the appeal process, Jisella and Peta provided an update on new planning legislation coming into force this year.
