In good news the government is talking about signing up for a vaccine, and our political leaders are communicating with each other, both sides of the house. He speaks about South West Sydney having a lot to look forward to in the coming years, such as the Aerotropolis being built which will bring new businesses and hopefully the growth of existing businesses. Adam Seton discusses how it's been an interesting week for Marsdens Law Group, earlier this week all staff were bought back into the office so we could get back to the “norm” but sadly due the hot spot at the Crossroads Hotel we have returned to the team A and team B approach. Adam highlights how his department has changed and adapted because of Coronavirus. With continuous changes and announcements to the Planning Legislation to keep the economy moving and keep people in jobs it’s been very busy! Stay safe and stay healthy!

Peter Crittenden discusses the impact of Coronavirus on the property market in South West Sydney, the uncertainty of the economy left a lot of people unsure about their purchases and employment. Fortunately with the ease of restrictions in May and June the market has seen a steady increase. Pete said if you are looking at buying a property now is a great time to enter the market.
