Peta Hudson

Peta joined Marsdens after graduating with Honours in Law and a Bachelor of Environmental Science from Wollongong University in 2001.

Peta is an active and enthusiastic lawyer who has achieved a broad range of knowledge and experience practising in our Local Government, Planning & Environmental Law Section.  Peta has appeared as an advocate representing Councils in Land and Environment Court proceedings which have involved a variety of environmental and planning issues.  She has worked closely with Adam Seton in the preparation of complex legal advices in this highly specialised area.

As a member of the Environmental Planning Law Association and Law Society Young Lawyers Association, Peta keeps abreast of the continuing developments in planning law.

Peta is married with 2 children and is also involved in a range of junior sports and community activities.
