Peta Hudson
Peta joined Marsdens after graduating with Honours in Law and a Bachelor of Environmental Science from Wollongong University in 2001.
Peta is an active and enthusiastic lawyer who has achieved a broad range of knowledge and experience practising in our Local Government, Planning & Environmental Law Section. Peta has appeared as an advocate representing Councils in Land and Environmental Court proceedings which have involved a variety of environmental and planning issues. She has worked closely with Adam Seton in the preparation of complex legal advices in this highly specialised area.
As a member of the Environmental Planning Law Association, Law Society Young Lawyers Association, Minto Women's Touch Football Association and Campbelltown City Festival of Fisher's Ghost Committee, which organises the annual Festival of Fisher's Ghost, Peta is involved in a range of community interests.
Peta is married with 2 children.
