Joey is an Associate in Marsdens’ Dispute Resolution Department, and works out of the Sydney Office. He attended the University of Western Australia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science in 2011. He moved to New South Wales and joined Marsdens in May of 2016.

Joey has a broad range of experience across a diverse range of litigious matters and has expertise in the areas of Corporations Act disputes, shareholder disputes, insolvency, building and construction, contract law, equity and intellectual property.  He has been involved in disputes in the Federal, Supreme, District and Local Courts in NSW and Western Australia. 

Joey’s approach to all disputes is always directed towards finding practical and commercially suitable outcomes as quickly as possible.

He is a member of the Intellectual Property Research Institute of Australia, which is operated out of the University of Melbourne.

In his spare time, Joey enjoys running, swimming and cooking.
