David is a Senior Associate in our Estate Planning department assisting clients with Estate Planning, Probate and family provision applications.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and holds a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University. He previously practised in Canberra and Queanbeyan prior to moving abroad for a number of years. David then worked as a legal consultant in the United Kingdom for a number of the world’s largest financial and legal institutions in various matters including legal compliance, civil litigation and internal corporate investigations. David commenced with Marsdens in the Estate Planning department upon returning to Australia.
David is a member of the NSW Law Society, Macarthur Law Society, Campbelltown Chamber of Commerce, Campbelltown Business Chamber Referral Group and also works with the Cancer Council to assist patients with their estate planning document on a pro bono basis.
Outside of work David enjoys travelling, all types of sport and spending time with family and friends.
