Jim Halliday

Jim Halliday has been a Solicitor in the Family Law Department since 2009. He is based at our Sydney office.

Having been admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Victoria in November 2004, Jim has 6 years experience as a solicitor in the areas of Family Law, criminal defence and insurance litigation. Jim now practices predominantly Family Law at our Sydney Office.

In addition to his Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology, Jim also has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland majoring in accounting.

Jim is a member of the Business Networking International (BNI) chapter in Revesby.

Jim provides representation for both privately funded clients and those seeking to be funded by Legal Aid in relation to Family Law in the areas of parenting and property.

Jim enjoys long distance running and competes in many running events in the Sydney area.
