Kevin Zoutendijk

In 2011, Kevin commenced working in the Camden office of Marsdens specialising in the areas of Family Law and Criminal Law.

Kevin was admitted as a legal practitioner in 2003 and practiced in the Penrith area between 2003 and 2011. 

Kevin is able to assist clients in the Family Law area with matters involving children and property disputes and other areas of Family Law and has extensive experience appearing in the Family Court, Federal Magistrates Court and Local Court in relation to such matters.  Kevin can also assist clients in preparing sometimes complex documents for use in those jurisdictions.

Kevin is able to assist clients in the criminal law jurisdiction in matters including but not limited to, assault allegations, AVO matters, drink driving and other driving offences, licence appeals, dishonesty charges and a variety of other matters that might arise in this jurisdiction.

Kevin lives in the Nepean area with his wife and young children and is involved with the local community in that area including a close association with his local soccer club.
