Compensation Law

This department covers all areas of negligence law. Partner of the firm, Joe Bonura, manages this Department and is a Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury law and acts in motor vehicle claims, work place disputes and insurance claims.

Joe Bonura has been with Marsdens Law Group since 1995. Whilst Joe manages the Department, Elyse White is also an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury law. Elyse has been with Marsdens since 1990.

Tess Danjoux is also an integral part of the team and an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury. She has been with Marsdens Law Group since 2002. Tess has gained a high level of experience in all areas of Compensation Law with a particular emphasis on Motor Vehicle Claims.
