Maciej Getta

Maciej Getta joined Marsdens in 2010 and is a solicitor in the firm's Commercial Litigation department. 

Maciej has experience in a variety of disputes both litigated and unlitigated.  These disputes involve contract matters, corporations, competition and consumer laws are are in various jurisdictions including Appellate Courts the New South Wales Supreme Court, Federal Court as well as New South Wales Local Courts and State Tribunals.
 
Maciej's approach to dispute resolution focus' on managing and minimising risk whilst keeping at the forefront the client's ultimate commercial objectives. 

Maciej graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Western Sydney, he holds a Diploma of Legal Practice and was admitted to practice in New South Wales in early 2011.   
 
Maciej currently lives in Western Sydney area and enjoys diving, travelling, snowboarding and surfing.
