Justin Thornton

Justin is the Partner in Charge of Marsdens' Commercial Law Section and has been with Marsdens for over ten years. Justin is also an Accredited Specialist in Business Law.

Justin acts for many large property developers as well as large, medium and small business and commercial enterprises and accordingly has a wide range of experience in all types of commercial and property matters.

Justin commenced his Marsdens career at our Camden Office under the direction of Ken Searle, where he worked in a general practice with a focus on commercial, property and local government work. Admitted Solicitor in 2006, since then Justin has worked with Jim Marsden and Peter Crittenden in the Commercial Property Department of Marsdens and has been in charge of the Commercial Section of Marsdens since 2008.

Although only young, Justin has developed specific experience and expertise in commercial, property and local government matters and has become an invaluable member of the Commercial Property Department.

Justin is a Director of Macarthur Disability Services and is also involved in a range of other community groups and activities, including the Cobbitty Park Cricket Club for which he plays in the local competition.

Justin is married with two children.
