Emma MacFarlane

Emma practices in Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Corporate and Personal Insolvency Matters. Emma joined the firm in January 2004 as a law clerk in our Commercial Litigation department whilst she completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Management) degrees.

Emma was admitted as a solicitor in August 2008. In July 2009, in recognition of her ability to obtain successful results for the firm's clients and her dedication, Emma was made an Associate of the firm.

Living and having attended school in the local area, Emma is committed to supporting local community organisations and is a Director of Youth Solutions, a charitable organisation whose vision is to support young people to make safer life choices and achieve their full potential by preventing harmful drug use.

Emma is based in our Campbelltown office and works with Partner, Grant Butterfield.
