Elyse White

Elyse is a Partner in our Commercial Litigation, Dispute Resolution Department and our Insurance Law Department.

Elyse successfully completed a Master of Business Law and will continue legal education in the commercial and litigation fields. Elyse has been with Marsdens since 1990. Her main area of law is estate litigation as well as insurance and negligence litigation. Elyse is also a CARS Assessor with the Motor Accidents Authority.

Elyse is a Law Society Accredited Specialist and a past Executive Member of the CARS Assessor Practice Group. Elyse is also a past lecturer in Law at the University of Western Sydney.

Elyse is the Chairperson of the Campbelltown Main Street Association and an Advisory Solicitor to the Southern Highlands Basketball Association.
