Aaran Johnson

Aaran has been with Marsdens Law Group since 2007.

His practice principally concentrates on commercial dispute resolution and litigation. He has expertise in the areas of contract law, trade practices, property, debt and equity. Aaran has conducted litigation in the Federal, Supreme, District and Local Courts, Specialist Tribunals and more particularly specialist Commercial, Corporations and Technology and Construction Lists.

Aaran approaches commercial dispute resolution and litigation with an emphasis on the early identification of his clients' commercial business and organisational objectives
and implements strategies to achieve those objectives with regard to the particular issues within the dispute. Aaran is a skilled negotiator and has extensive dispute resolution skills.

Aaran undertook a combined Law and Communications (Major in Journalism) Degree at the University of Newcastle. He is currently undertaking a Master of Laws Degree in Commercial Litigation with particular focus on topics relative to his clients' commercial needs.
